General Information. This website is for English
speakers interested in the Languedoc. The site
aims to provide you with all the information you might need
about the area. If you cannot find what you
want here, then you should at least be able to find out
where else to look for it.
The site is designed specifically for those planning to
visit the area, whether for a few days or the rest of their
lives, but with the following proviso. If your
idea of a visit to the Languedoc involves modern holiday
complexes, purpose built resorts,
Watney's Red Barrel, laughing at the funny foreigners, power
boats and helicopter rides, then this is not the site for
you.
This site is designed for 1024x768 or higher resolution
monitors and is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer
4.0 / Netscape 4.8 or later.

to make it easy to navigate around the site. The options at the head and foot of each page are always
