Long Term Letting
Most estate agents will handle rental properties as well
properties for sale.
You should check potential tenants carefully as French law
accords excessive rights to tennants (for example you can't
evict them in winter whatever they do).
Short Term Letting
Many property owners in the Languedoc let their property,
or apartments in their properties, as holiday lets. The law
