In the Haute Vallée of the Aude you will find natural cliffs to climb. Suitable climbs can be found for the full range of abilities from beginners to experts. Climbing is possible all year round, most climbs are sheltered and shaded in the afternoon.

Notre Dame du Cros at Caunes Minervois: 3 cliffs bordered by a small often dried out river. 160 climbs. Equipment. 3 exposures: South,East and West.
Rocher Ecole de Pierre Lys: Chalk cliffs equipped all styles, adventure climbs on large path. Abseiling courses available.
Rocher Ecole du Col de Saint Louis: 100 climbs for beginners and experts.

Herault and Lozere
The steep relief of the mountains Cevennes, the deep Gorges du Tarn, the Jonte or Héric provide good climbs.
Climbing in the vicinity of Florac, in the Cevennes, for adults and children of eight and over. Limestone and granite faces of between 10 and 20 meters in height. Includes climbs for beginners. "Baptism" sessions last half a day. Guides are available (for three-person roped groups) for those who are seeking more challenging climbs.
