Peyrepertuse.
Throughout the summer season (and during the annual medieval
festival in August) Patrice Potier flies his birds up at
the top of the hill in the castle at Peyrepertuse.
A graduate from the famous grand ecole Puy du Fou, Potier
show his birds swooping, diving and climbing. He demonstrates
and explains the habits of American and European birds of
prey including owls, vultures, eagles and falcons. He puts
on a great show with a stunning back drop. Be prepared for
a 15 minute up hill climb along a good path shaded by green
oak. Best to check times.
